This estimator uses a single-skin benchmark of sixty bricks per square metre, a typical ten millimetre joint, and a recommendation of zero point eight tonnes of sand per one thousand bricks. Wall ties are included for cavity or structural wall scenarios and can be adjusted if your detail differs.
